Job TitleMarketing Specialist
Main purpose of the job:Driving the development and execution of local activation plans with A&P, based on local insight collection, analysis, knowledge
Ensures smooth activation of propositions into the market
Analysis the market and prepares proposals for corrective actions if necessary
Main tasks in the job:
Manages top and bottom line for the category
- Together with the commercial triangle ensures Sales, IGM %, ISM € , MS and other targets are met and proposes corrective actions where necessary
- Manages SKU portfolio/rationalization/stock/excess. Initiates corrective actions where necessary
Runs the annual business planning cycle of the CO for the BG/category
- Cooperates on business planning and review cycle (AOP/RoFo, etc.)
Cooperates on creating and executing CO marketing plans (in line with BG and CEE marketing strategy, covering relevant categories, incl. A&P).
Support local Demand Plan (RoFo and SIOP) for category
Owns the local market introduction process per proposition
- Helps to develop and execute proposition activation plans (incl. A&P) in line with category guidelines
Develop market knowledge and consumer insights
- Drives and shares local market insights (incl. marketing effectiveness), requirements for category, and activation best practices
You are a part ofDescribe in two to three lines the place of the role in the organization and the team culture.
Education and knowledge requirements:
- University degree, preferably marketing
- 1-3 years of business experience in Marketing
- Background in fast moving, consumer electronics
