Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support development and execution of marketing activation plans (incl. support launch of new products with relevant local and regional communication
You are responsible for

RESEARCH & PLANNING:
• Supports on-going local data analysis with further creation of relevant local and international consumers and shopper insights that will feed into local strategies and activation plans;
• Supports the business planning and review cycle.
• Reporting and concluding from page statistics

VENDORS / BUDGETS / DOCUMENT FLOW MANAGEMENT:
• Day-to-day partnering agencies and vendors management (incl. document flow and SAP);
• Controlling assigned marketing campaign budget

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
• Portfolio and assortment management process support for categories under supervision;
• Responsible for precise portfolio mapping and benchmarking per SKU;
• Responsible for coordination and consolidation of product related translations (SDL system);
• To fulfil other tasks defined by management to increase Philips turnover and grow Market Share.
• Creating, Running and reporting digital campaigns in the region
• Creating assets for the campaigns and landing pages - adaptation to local languages.
• Managing translation, adaptation and production of local relevant marketing materials (website, brochures, etc)

COLLABORATION & INFORMATION FLOW:
• Support of internal communication on relevant portfolio
• To work in close cooperation with PR, On-line, Sales managers to ensure integrated approach to communication;
• Staying in close cooperation with local Sales Team but also Regional Marketing Team also with distributors
• Support of the Sales Team in events (help with organization, participation)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, economics, communications or advertising preferred but not a must)
Experience:
• Previous experience in marketing function is beneficial but not essential (running the digital campaigns are welcome including cooperation with digital agencies)
Key capabilities:
• Drive towards learning and development in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
Competencies:
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as expertise in problem solving, prioritizing, tactical execution, planning;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written (Czech and English is a must);
• Strong consumer/shopper insights appreciation and product awareness;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time;
• Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines;
• Good attention to detail and accuracy;
• Relevant IT skills (Microsoft Office ,etc)
• Basic understanding of marketing techniques;
• Self-motivation;
• A team player and a brand ambassador
