An international company oriented in Card Payment Business is searching
to hire new talents for a position
“Payment Terminal Support Specialist ”
in Prague, Czech Republic.
Job Description:
Handling phone calls with clients in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia
Handling email communication with clients
Solving standard and non-standard client requirements, providing service and advising customers
Providing support to points of sale, POS Terminal defects, entering information into internal systems
Fraud monitoring of transactions made in our network on POS Terminals and ECommerce
Card stop listing for Cards issued in Czech Republic
Solving questions and complaints from banks
Cooperation with other teams within the company
Continuous training about products and services provided by the company
We require:
Knowledge of Czech or Slovak language at native speaker level
Knowledge of English language at communicative level
We prefer High school degree – completed secondary education
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, professionality, helpfulness, to be able to solve problems and be team oriented
Shift work in nonstop customer service – mostly 12 hour shifts
Manage stressful situations
Clean criminal record
Advantage of Call Center experience
