Business Excellence Specialist

Job content:
- Coordinate training and workshops for CIP / BE Tools according defined responsibility
-Lead and coordinate CIP - Projects
- Implement LSS + BE Tools / provide training of BE tolls / support usage of BE tools in PG CZ
- Give impulses for improvements and possible Projects
- Run 5S System (audits, reporting, training, workshop)
- Maintain and improve Pierburg CZ - Star Program
- Lead improvement projects
- Highlight none-value added processes at PG CZ
- Coordinate with CC managers/ external trainings to BE, workshops, VSM and Lean-Line-Design-Projects

We require:
- University degree or grammar school with 5 years experience
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Excel advanced user, analytical skills
- Team player, ability to work with feedback, communication skills
- Precision, ability to prioritize, willigness to develop, self-reliability
- Knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean methods, Problem solving tools
- Moderation skills, Project Management knowledge
