Chief accountant

WHAT THAT AWAITS YOU
Your main task will be:
• Taking over the agenda from an external accounting company and its implementation into the internal accounting system.
• Determining the accounting methodology in the company as well as creating internal guidelines related to accounting.
• Responsibility for comprehensive bookkeeping, processing of monthly and annual financial statements, tax returns.
You will be the main contact person for the financial department of our parent company in France.

YOUR REGULAR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
• double-entry bookkeeping,
• preparation and accounting of documents, checking the correctness of accounting according to applicable legislation,
• control of invoices including VAT and control reports,
• communication with authorities, preparation of statistical reports,
• work in the internal accounting system,
• asset management,
• control of the status of liabilities and receivables, participation in inspections (inventories) of assets and inventories,
• depreciation and tax calculations,
• Intrastat,
• receivables management,
• cooperation with banks and insurance companies, state administration,
• communication with the corporate center,
• controlling,
• regular reporting.
