Data Analyst

Placense is seeking a strong Data Analyst for joining a team of highly talented R&D professionals, who help businesses understand the connection between people’s behavior and physical locations by turning data from mobile apps into aggregated & anonymous insights. We provide metrics such as customer visits, visit duration, visit frequencies, customer journey paths, customer distribution to gender, age, income levels, modes of transport, and other related demographic characteristics. As a Data Analyst, you will take part in the company's research and analytics activities, over one of its most valuable assets - its data.

Responsibilities
- Master the different data sets in the company, and the value they can provide to customers.
- Communicate with various stake holders across the company, gather and translate business requirements to data analysis activities and processes.
- Perform data analysis activities for researching and validating current/future data sets; and for generating information and insights for prospects and customers.

Requirements
- First degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or related field from known university.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis in high data volume environments, excellent knowledge and proved experience in SQL and BI platforms.
- Good knowledge and proved experience in Python.
- Strong analytical abilities, technical orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
