PLANET CASH INTERNATIONAL IS LOOKING FOR A COUNTRY MANAGER FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC MARKET. THE COUNTY MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REINFORCEMENT AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR ACTIVITY IN CZECH REPUBLIC , IN OPERATIONS, SALES MARKETING, AND DAILY BUSINESS LEVELS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
» Running a business planning process,
» Design and implementation of the market analysis plan strategy to acquire new customer,
» Ensuring the optimal ratio between profitability and business development,
» Designation and implementation of revenues, profits and sales targets,
» Development and implementation of plans for the development of the company,
» Supervision of operations in a given country related to the company's operations,
» Determining budgets, short and long-term goals,
» Managing activities leading to the smooth development of the company,
» Supporting the employment process of employees to ensure efficient operation in the organization.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) or English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

REQUIREMENTS:
» proven experience in the payment market,
» experience in the International Payments space is essential – this could be gained in a range of environments such as Banks or other international payment organizations.
» proven experience in the payment market Excellent communication and presentation skills.
» leadership capacity and proven people management skills.
» comfortable working in fast moving, entrepreneurial environments.
» customer orientation and business understanding.
» native Czech, fluent and strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
» clean B category driving license
» excellent communication and presentation skills.
» leadership capacity and proven people management skills.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:
