PROJECT ASSISTANT

Project Assistants (PA) are responsible for providing project administrative support to Managers, Associates on designated project teams.



Main duties will include, but will not be limited to:
•You will work with assigned clinical research project teams to assist in meeting the desired project goals, milestones and deliverables.
•You will create and maintain company files to ensure files are up to date, compliant and audit ready
•You will develop and maintain assigned data points within the clinical database according to the established conventions and streamlining tool for the project within specified timeframes.
•You will assist in review of regulatory documents for proper content


This position will ideally suit you if you have:
•Secondary Education
•At least 2 years of general administration experience
•Ability to work both in a team and independently
•Good organizational skills and strong attention to details
•Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
•Very good English language skills
•Czech language is a must
