For our client, company, which is the biggest provider of fuel cards and monitoring service of company cars, we are looking for suitable candidates on the position Customer Service Specialist with Italian and German/French language

Main responsibilities:
• Providing complete customer service for Swiss market
• Communication by email and on passive customer service phone lines
• Setting parameters of the products in the internal system based on customer requirements
• Entering of new contracts in the database and updates
• Dealing with requests and complaints of clients

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1) and
French - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We expect:
• Fluency in Italian language, at least at C1 level and German or French language at least at C1 level
• English at communicative level – at least B1 level, English is necessary for internal team communication
• Work experience in the area of customer service is an advantage
• Completed secondary education
• Good communication skills, assertiveness
• Independence and thoroughness
• Resistance to stress
