Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
Main responsibilities:
• To be a partner with US Delivery Team to deliver world class customer service and quality services
• Act as POC for Service Recipient
• Manage communications between Operations and Service Recipient
• Act as a process advocate supporting Virtualization Operations (Citrix)
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required
• Monitor KPI & SLA adherence
• Evaluate and challenge proposed processes to ensure their efficiency, quality, and completeness
• Able to work independently to manage multiple prioritized work streams simultaneously
• Incident Ownership and Assignment
• Incident Response and Updates
• Service Target Achievement
• Gathering, analysis, reporting, and management of customers incident, problem, change, knowledge and configuration requirements
• Incident / Queue Management
• Identify trends implying a new problem and following proper escalation
• Assist US SDM with assessing information, raise change requests as needed and with documentation of known root cause and workarounds
• Ensure that any changes to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Production environments follow the process and they are deemed controlled environments by our customers
• TAS assignment and implementation pertaining to changes
• Assist US SDM with periodic audits to review content of published articles
• Recommendations for creating/editing/retiring knowledge articles
• Ad-hoc project participate as needed
• Call deputy for US Service Delivery Manger as needed
• Maintain job knowledge by studying current ITIL best practices and techniques

We require:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to act as a credible and professional public face to customers
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to join TCs outside normal business hours
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment fundamentals (Server, SQL, Active Directory etc.)
• Basic understanding of Citrix Virtualization (XenApp, XenDesktop)
• Must have at least basic knowledge of Project Management concepts
• Must have at least basic ITIL foundation knowledge, ideally strong in ITSM with some years of experience in managing IT Services
• Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement
• Must have a willingness and ability to learn new tools and concepts to solve challenging problems
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
