Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

To contribute to the successful delivery of Fair & Events Program by project managing specific events, from inception to conclusion, ensuring the smooth running of all events logistics and adherence to defined budgets.

- Liaise with internal departments as necessary during all stages in the planning, organisation and delivery of specific projects
- Co-ordinate the process for invitation to tender for external designers and contractors
- Negotiate contracts with designers and contractors with reference to marketing objectives and manage external suppliers
- Manage budgets and budget forecasts for allocated exhibitions, monitor costs and highlight potential overspend to the Marketing Director
- Post event reporting and analysis
- Management and development of branded promotional merchandise products to support the dealer network throughout Europe
- Work with merchandise vendors to maintain inventory of online stores for branded and promotional items, including adding new products and coordinating special orders
- Collaborate with vendors and design agency to ensure compliance with branding standards for promotional and branded items

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti

- Graduate or Postgraduate, Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Event Management or Business Studies
- Experience in fair and/or event management of minimum 2-3 years
- Demonstrable experience of schedule planning
- High degree of fluency (written and spoken) in English, German or French would be a plus
- Konwledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and databases)
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- An adaptable approach to work, to achieve agreed deadlines and projects within tight schedules
