Software Implementation Consultant

For our client, company that provides Document/Process/reporting Management software solutions for Life Sciences and Financial Services Industry, we are looking for suitable candidates on the position Software Implementation Consultant.

Your responsibilities:

• Certify BIOVIA Industry Process Accelerators
• Update Training Material to align with latest software releases
• Update Design Documents and Functional Requirement Documents to align to IPA configuration
• Update Trace Matrices to fit to latest requirements/design documentation
• Update and Execute Test Scripts to ensure accuracy against IPAs
• Create Test Reports.
• Update Configuration for IPAs.
• Work with remote team to meet timelines for deliverables

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in computer systems validation for regulated companies
• Experience in implementation of an EDMS systems (preferably in regulated environment)
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Good understanding of document/record migration strategies
• Strong ability to work well with others and independently
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Experience with MS Office
• University - Bachelor Degree or higher

The following skills are strongly preferred, but not required:

• Crystal Reports
• JIRA
• Working knowledge of QUMAS’ Application Suite
• Comfortable querying database servers
• Training Consultation for enterprise-level clients
• First line support for off-the-shelf applications
