For our client, importer and distributor of sports brands, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position Smart Service Representative.

The Smart Service Representative (SSR) drives sales across company´s portfolio, with his or her assigned accounts to achieve significant sales targets. The SSR combines a range of media/tools to deliver an efficient and effective purchase opportunity for his or her accounts: showroom presentations, trade fair meetings, and information and communication systems. By providing a “smart” and attentive level of service to the needs of the account, the SSR builds customer preference and drives sales performance with targeted accounts.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Develops seasonal, monthly, and daily plans to drive sales growth within his Smart Service Accounts
  • Sales actions with an assigned account base to maximize seasonal sales performance
  • Identifies sales potential, proposes products&services, and closes sales orders to achieve daily revenue targets
  • Achieves Smart Service Accounts seasonal targets
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to increase efficiency and service embedded in smart service offer; aligning closely with Area Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager
  • Collaborates closely with field sales team & customer service, ensuring all points of contact with customers achieve Amer Sports high standard of customer care

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fluent Czech & English (B1, B2)
  • Microsoft office – Excel skills (intermediate/advanced level)
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Experience in selling consumer durables is required
  • Customer service orientation
  • Driving License
  • Communication face to face & through phone or mail
  • Relationship-building & interpersonal skills, listening skills & solution-selling
  • Managing objections, planning and organizing
  • Digitally “savvy” – uses all digital communication methods with confidence
  • Minimum competencies in selling Apparel
  • Positive, enthusiastic, service and action orientated
  • Extrovert personality with good social skills
  • Connects well with people at all levels
  • Passion for sport with good product knowledge
  • Flexible and “can do” attitude
  • Team-worker profile, perseverance, robust and resilient
  • Goal and deadline orientated, organized
