For our client a company which delivers market-leading Business Intelligence and Digital solutions we are looking for suitable candidates for a position Back Office Support Specialist.

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive assistant with great communication skills, who is well-organized lover of administrative work.

What will you do:

  • Diverse admin tasks to support Back Office & Operations department (Finance, Sales, HR)
  • Office Manager backup.
  • Communication across different channels and levels

1. Finance support:

  • Keep records of invoices, purchase orders, proposals, licence renewals
  • Communication with clients
  • Update spreadsheets and tables
  • Regular check and support with correct and in time timesheets filling
  • Budget reporting on monthly basis - report the status of drawing either prepaid man days or the basis for invoicing the customers

2. Sales support:

  • Registration of company at various public and/or customers’ portals
  • Preparation of documents needed for tenders the company will apply
  • Providing all necessary documents for onboarding our consultants at the client’s site (e.g. profiles, diplomas, certifications)
  • Preparation or modification of sales presentations and/or other documents
  • Support when organizing workshops or any other event

3. HR support:

  • Maintain HR database

  • Fluent English and Czech on a professional level
  • Very good communication skills, capable of talking to people across different business functions as well as levels of the company
  • Hands-on approach, proactivity
  • Digital literacy
  • Stress resistance, assertiveness, ability to push forward
  • Similar admin experience is an advantage
  • Flexibility, teamwork, active lifestyle
