CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WITH POLISH full HOME OFFICE

For our client who is a global player in Business process outsourcing specialized in offering high-level customer experience and collaboration we are looking for a help on position Customer service advisor for HBO with Polish.

Job description:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails and messages on social media and live chat channels from customers
• Help customers with issues related to service
• Work shifts: morning 10:00 – 18:45, afternoon 14:15 – 23:00, weekends and bank holidays 12:00 – 18:00
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold calling!
• Suitable for people without experience

Requirements:

• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to quickly identify customers´ problems and needs
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
• Team players with the ability to work independently as well
• Native Polish and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
• Flexible starting date upon agreement
