Sales Department Assistant with German

You will be responsible for all communication with German-speaking customers and support for the development of the newly established branch of the German company located in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• active telephone and e-mail contact with existing clients of the company
• expansion and updating of the customer database
• preparation of commercial offers
• order handling
• ad hoc translations of German-language documents

Our expectations:

• minimum secondary education
• minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• fluent in German language - both written and spoken
• communicative knowledge of English
• ease of making new contacts
• conscientiousness and reliability in carrying out assigned tasks
• good manners
• ability to work in a team
• experience in working with the CRM system
