For one of the world’s leading medical assistance companies helping travelers worldwide in uncomfortable situations, we are looking for an
Assistance Coordinator with Czech and English.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English (min B2/C1 level) and Czech (native or min C1 level)
- Advanced English - it is our intercompany language
- Flexible and fast thinking, a cool head in stressful situations
- Ability to analyze a situation and find a solution
- Being ready to learn and follow given procedures and rules
- Time flexibility (work in shifts 24/7) - 50% of working time work from HOME OFFICE
- Required start: March 2023 / negotiable
