Assistance Coordinator with Polish or German and English

For one of the world’s leading medical assistance companies helping travelers worldwide in uncomfortable situations, we are looking for an Assistance Coordinator with Polish or German and English.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German or Polish (native speaker or level C1/C2) and English (min B2/C1 level)
• Advanced English - it is our intercompany language
• Flexible and fast thinking, a cool head in stressful situations
• Ability to analyze a situation and find a solution
• Being ready to learn and follow given procedures and rules
• Time flexibility (work in shifts 24/7) - 50% of working time work from HOME OFFICE
• Required start: June 2023 / negotiable
