PQA (Product Quality Assurance)

For our client, a company specializing in digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, we are looking for a new colleague for a project with an electron microscope manufacturer for the position of PQA (Product Quality Assurance).

What you’ll do

• Ensure the quality of electron microscopes (SEM, TEM, DualBeam) throughout their lifecycle
• Approve technical documentation and define quality standards
• Support testing and validation before products reach the market
• Collaborate with development and production teams on hardware/software issues and root cause analysis
• Monitor product reliability and customer feedback, mainly in the semiconductor industry
• Help manufacturing improve tests, calibrations, and corrective actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using standard quality tools

What we expect

• University degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, physics, mechanics, mechatronics, quality, etc.)
• Experience in quality engineering in high-tech or electronics
• Knowledge of quality methods (8D, RCA, FMEA, CAPA)
• Understanding of complex systems combining mechanics, electronics, optics, vacuum, and software
• English at B2/C1 level
• Knowledge of Czech is not required, but is an advantage
