IT Support Administrator Brno

Good working knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems (experience with Linux would be a plus)
- Experience of managing a mobile device management (MDM) solution (JAMF knowledge a plus)
- Strong experience with password management platforms (knowledge of LastPass would be a plus)
- Experience with Atlassian products JIRA/Confluence
- Experience administering Google Workspace at an SME level.
- A good working knowledge of networking and practical experience.
- A good working knowledge and practical experience of IT security products (experience with the SOPHOS suite of products/services would be a plus)

Key Responsibilities
- Managing rolling stock of laptops and managing laptops returned by old employees.
- Participating with the onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Maintenance and management of local network in partnership with global support team.
- Participation in network support requirements for all company locations.
- Carrying out of IT Service Management (ITSM) function for all employees covering all locations.
- Taking part in varied IT based project work at a Global Aferian IT (GAIT) group level providing strategy and support.
- Administration of endpoint protection and troubleshooting issues that arise.
- Administration of email gateway and troubleshooting mail flow issues.
- Reporting of recurring service requests and proposition of remedial action.
