We are looking for a Health Services Team Leader who will be leading, supporting, and coaching a team of Health Service Specialists. Your role will enable your team to give great customer care, develop and grow your team, and help them meet their performance objectives. We are looking for hands-on working leaders who are passionate about service excellence

daily, you will be responsible for:

  • leading, supporting, and coaching a team of 10 to 15 people

  • conducting ongoing quality evaluations of team members, conducting 1to1 meetings, timely reviews, and approvals of team attendance

  • partnering with HR Business Partners to provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management

  • supporting metrics defining to properly deliver on customer performance guarantees

  • handling escalations

  • supporting the hiring, developing activities, and responsibility for the career development and growth of your team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • previous experience (4-5 years) in customer support/care environment in healthcare, insurance, pharma, or any related sector

  • at least 1-year experience leading a team and experience supporting the hiring, motivating, and developing talents

  • fluent in English (strong communication skills both in written and verbal form)

  • ability to work independently, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively

  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and operational process execution
