Do you have customer service experience and want to impact the lives of millions of people? We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist for our client in the healthcare technology industry. As part of this position, you will be responsible for initial triage and ticket preparation. You will work with more senior customer support specialists to provide the best possible service.

- triage and review of escalated cases received from various channels
- conducting initial review with colleagues, providing summaries and developing an evaluation plan
- listening to client recordings
- preparing responses to clients queries and acting as a point of contact
