Ticketing Customer Specialist

A day in the life

- answering a high volume of phone calls, resolving tickets
- proactivity in the solution of clients' needs and struggles
- cooperation with different departments within the company
- transcription of recorded call, their analysis, strategy for improvement
- tracking the process of tickets, reporting the quality of the solution

To be successful in this role

- minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service
- excellent knowledge of English both in the spoken and written form
- advanced communication skills, proactivity, and client-oriented approach
- overall computer literacy and organized style of work
