Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join a team of IT specialists ensuring the functionality of Global Applications used daily by the company. Let us know if you're eager to play a crucial role in preventing the in-house developed, vendor-supplied, and Cloud-based applications from going down.
what will you do:
- maintain the optimal performance of all applications currently utilized by the company
- manage the ticket queue, monitor applications, and efficiently handle general requests from internal customers
- ensure the smooth operation of Global Applications supporting the business processes (SAP, Syncrotess, Esri, Cadis, Baware, etc.)
- work dynamically 24/7 and receive assistance from 3rd-level IT experts for major issues and collaborate with internal teams during task transitions
- manage user accounts and access
- maintain and update the knowledge base

- technical experience in Server Administration
