We are searching for person with development background and experience with leading team of developers, who has very good communication skills and is empathetic and able to coordinate teams with different seniority and culture.

management.
• operational excellence: oversee the technical, financial, and project facets of the software
development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our global objectives.

You should have:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership. Your
background includes system engineering, development, and QA. - experience in leadership: proven track record in team building, mentorship, and navigating complex team dynamics.
- agile mastery: proficiency in SAFe Agile and Continuous Development methodologies.
- fluency in English
Nice-to-have:
- familiarity with telecommunications software development
- insight into AI technologies, including Generative AI and Machine Learning
- understanding of modern communication networks (5G/6G, fiber optics, IP networks)
