IT System Analyst

We are looking for an IT System Analyst to join our client's IT team in Prague. If you have experience in system analysis, enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology, and want to participate in deploying modern IT solutions in an international environment, we would love to welcome you on board.This role is ideal for mid-level analysts looking for stability, the backing of a large corporation, and the opportunity to work on complex projects with a real impact.
Key responsibilities:

• Business Support: Providing expert consultancy to stakeholders and helping them realize their strategic plans.
• Solution Management: Ensuring the design, development, and deployment of both local and central IT processes and systems.
• Documentation & Training: Creating and maintaining operational manuals, system documentation, and preparing training materials.
• Security & Risk: Managing IT security for assigned solutions in close cooperation with security teams.
• External Resource Management: Coordinating cooperation with external consultants and vendors.
• Optimization: Resolving complex technical inquiries and prioritizing market requirements for efficient resource utilization.

who we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT or business functions within an international environment
• university degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Economics, or a related field
• excellent English skills (Proficient level) for daily communication
• experience with Project Management (PM) and Service Management
• a team player who takes ownership of their decisions, is results-oriented, and can communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
• bonus points for: AWS Cloud Practitioner or PMP certifications, and experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
