Job description, responsibilities and duties

What are your duties going to be?
Supporting clients as a first line contact
Receiving, validating and logging client requests
Classification and prioritization assigned to the requests
Assistance with analyzing and interpreting the request
Escalation to the next resolver group

What are our demands?
Diploma or qualification in technology (CCNA certification)
Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
2 years’ work experience
1+years’ experience required in call centre managed services / services delivery environment within a medium to large ICT organisation
Good communication skills
Analytical thinking
Willingness to work on shifts
