• HR processes management
• Cooperating closely with other team across the company
• Conduct training for HR community
• Provide country specific input to global project teams
• Running reports from HR systems
• Utilizing the excel based on HR data
• Processes connected to on-boarding and new starters administration
• Exit and leave administration
• Benefit, changes and transfer administration, employee letters
We require:
• University degree
• Fluent English
• Some Human Resources or Employee Services experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
