Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will work closely with the executives to develop and execute an internal corporate communication strategy that engages and aligns our employees with the company vision and business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
• Develop and execute internal communication plans that engage and further enhance communications between leadership and the employee base
• Review and edit essential internal communications prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
• Write, edit, review, and oversee the release of corporate internal communication documents and programs, ensuring a “corporate voice” permeates messaging to employees
• Plan and execute annual employee survey
• Coordinate internal communication efforts with those provided by others who focus on external communication (i.e., marketing communication, building strong employer brand)
• Manage current internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, town halls; evaluate and enhance internal communication

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and other communication mediums
• Upper-intermediate knowledge of English
• Ability to translate technical information
• High level of organization and eye for a detail
