Job description, responsibilities and duties

IT Security Specialist has to ensure that the quality and security aspects of information within our company will be maintained at acceptable levels. This role provides information risk services for our clients globally.

You will be responsible for:
• Oversee compliance with Policies, Minimum Standards, Procedures
• Provide advice and challenge as an expert towards internal business partners related to information security
• Contribute to execution of Business Impact Assessments, Risk Assessments
• Execute Second Line Monitoring within Key Control Testing and Quality Assurance activities related to IT assets
• Participate in, challenge and periodically report upon the risks of strategic programs and projects
• Create and publish risk analyses and risk reports with fact finding, research and documenting activities
• Support our company with research, fact finding, collecting evidence and documenting activities

Your profile:
• You have a knowledge in the field of IT Risk Management, possessing in IT processes, security, resilience and risk areas
• You are able to deal with and advise to senior management
• You are the IT Security advisor, who directs, advises and supports the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks related to business applications, IT processes, databases and infrastructure to support and challenge business line
• You challenge and monitor IT risk management processes and quality

Personality requirements and skills
• Previous experience in IT Risk management, IT Security or IT audit
• Knowledge of Banking business, processes, procedures and systems (advantage)
• Knowledge of IT and IT Security related methodologies and frameworks
• International certifications for IT Risk Management (advantage)
• Collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in team
• Working in multicultural environments

*Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
