what will you do?
- provide direct support to our corporate clients in banking operational workflow topics
- assist clients in detecting technical and functional issues and use your extensive experience and knowledge to diagnose, prioritize, advise and resolve technical and functional problems
- maintain contact with clients and stakeholders and keep them informed about their requests
- set-up clients on the new channel and related services
- identify and bring forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- be responsible for data investigation and analysis to complete clients requests
- collaborate with other departments to solve daily assignments.

what do we require?
- verbal and written fluent in English (B2) and German (B2/C1)
- 2 years of relevant experience in client service function
- excellent client service skills and communication skills
- banking and payments knowledge, technical PC skills
- flexibility, result-orientation, team player with a positive drive
- willing to learn every day
