Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Assist monitoring, scheduling, alert handling, and application health assessment
• Develop and maintain various back up tools/performance of the infrastructure / technical environment
• Support simple tickets/incidents & simple work orders e.g. RFC creations, OSS Connections, Printer creations, Jobs creations etc.
• Execute ad-hoc queries to provide production data statistics
• Assist / participate in change configuration and release management as well as in updating operations documents for security technical resources
• Assist in housekeeping and monitoring tasks related to security and compliance
• Document problems, create and maintain a knowledge database
• Monitor activities, correct assignment and troubleshoot as appropriate
• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical skills and general IT background is required (computer skills, hardware, and basic software knowledge – OS, Office, Communication apps)
• At least two years of working experience within IT technical support / technical analysis
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure configuration and maintenance
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Demonstrable problem solving skills and analytical abilities; very good communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and best practices
• Planning and organizing skills; team player and supportive persona
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
