Job description, responsibilities and duties

• properly process - invoices, credit notes, down-payments, and other documents
• handle the daily target of transactions
• ensure proper document management
• effectively and timely communicate issues among internal and external stakeholders
• oversight of goods receipt/invoice receipt

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• at least 2 years of experience working with accounting principles
• education in finance is welcomed but not needed
• experience with SAP is an advantage
• communication with customers (email/phone)
• fluency in ENGLISH and one of these languages (GERMAN, SPANISH, POLISH)
