Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive OEM comany in Praha looking for HR Specialist & Administrativní podpora - japonská firma
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in international team in Automotive company - European HQ.
Location: Praha 6 Czech

Duties:

HR Supporting and Administrating activities for Automotive OEM components company
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by meeting with a lawyer, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Support Japanese Expat Visa and housing contract and living, medical support and Tax return documents.
Renew and contract of the insurance and lease property of the company.
Company car maintenance control.
Order office stationary and goods and refreshments for employee.
Supporting sales staff ordering an air ticker and hotel reservation.
Translation Czech documents into English to support Japanese management.
Secretary job for Japanese Management
Supporting IT maintenance, PC, mobile, server, security, software and communicate with the supplier.
Arrange a medical check for employee.
Prepare and guide health and safety training to employee and maintains the record

Requirements:

- Upper Intermediate or Advanced level speaking English
