Prodejce / Obchodní zástupce - Key Account Sales Representative, Representative Key Account management position

Duties:

Company representative person as Key Account Sales Representative
Business development activities
Contact with Automotive manufacturing companies
Present, promote and sell metal / plastic products to existing and prospective
customers in mainly Automotive industry.
Responsible for customer and supplier, mainly in Asia, correspondence.
Request Quotation (RFQ) to Supplier and negotiate with supplier.
Prepare Quotation to Customer and follow up.
Visit customers and suppliers, outside of Czech Republic sometime in Asia, to make negotiation with them for technical, pricing, and quality issues.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Develop and projects launched for example making PPAP, environmental and other documents required by customers, evaluating producing processes, etc.
Prepare “Monthly Sales Activity” Report to Manager and MD
Make Yearly Sales Plan and revise Sales figures plan every 3 months.
When Deadstock or minus/low profit items occurred, negotiate with customer and Supplier.
Analysis and Peform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potencial customers to meet their needs
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize staisfaction
Analysis of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
