Customer Care with Hungarian

Reed is seeking motivated Hungarian speakers who want to make a career in tourism and airline industries. Successful candidates will work for a pioneer of these industries supporting Hungarian speaking travellers from Brno, Czech Republic. This position will suit people who have an advanced (C1) level of Hungarian and English with or without experience in Client-facing roles since a full training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for phone queries from Hungarian speaking clients
• Handle reservations, online check-ins, cancelations and other services
• Sales of airline and tourism products
• Keep up to date with product information and daily national and international news
• Advise loyalty program members after gaining more experience
• Support travel agencies with their bookings after gaining more experience
• Provide constructive feedback to management
• Support co-workers and other centres in the world, be part of a team

Main requirements:

• Fluent Hungarian and advanced English
• Motivated and energetic person with a can-do attitude and desire to learn
• Great communication skills
• Team player and a pro-active personality
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to relocate / live in Brno, Czech Republic for at least 1 year
