REED is seeking candidates for a few financial roles with one of our major clients in the area or Human resources. There are opportunities within the AP and Financial accountants teams. As a member of the centralized European Accounting Team based in office close to Prague city centre, you would be responsible for various accounting and finance processes across numerous European countries. Responsibilities of AP:

· Inputting and coding invoices for various European countries
· Ensure proper routing of invoices, assigning cost centers and GL accounts
· Manage invoice flow
· Maintain vendor master data in Oracle
· Processing of employee travel expenses
· Cooperation with local finance teams in relative EU countries
· Ensure month-end closings are done efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities of Financial Accountant:

· Responsibility for accruals, prepayments, tax and payroll entries for countries in the region, including resolution of all outstanding issues
· Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts
· Preparation and processing of ad-hoc GL entries as required
· Review of coding of AP invoices
· Contact with external and internal auditors
· Responsibility for certain accounting areas within Europe
· Provide ad-hoc analysis as required
· Cross-regional responsibilities including assistance with ad hoc analysis and analytics
· Cooperation with local finance teams in relative EU countries
