Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you tired of customer service? Do you have experience with any CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems? How about an administrative role with a occasional travelling to France? We have a great opportunity for a French speaker who is either based in Brno or would like to relocate here (relocation package available). Our client is a well-known American company with plenty of opportunities to progress to later on.

Responsibilities:
• Support the French Sales team in creating correct quotes by following EU guidelines and business definition
• Document pre-quote support
• Ensure month and quarter end quote pre-checks
• Change quote templates when required by business
• Test CRM Sales processes when required during releases or migration
• Support EU Sales users on general questions about Salesforce
• Business trips to France as necessary for performance of the position of Sales Support Administrator.

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience and understanding of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, in particular at month end.
• Reliability to hit deadlines and Service Level Agreement.
• Multi-tasking and proactivity.
• PC literate (MS Office tools – Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong team player.
