Job description, responsibilities and duties
Fluent in Dutch and English and interested in Customer Service and/or Finance? You will become part of a Helpdesk team which provides support to Accounts Payable and handles resolution of vendors’ queries. Strong communication skills are key and no finance or accounting knowledge is needed!
Our client is a multinational manufacturing company serving customers in more than 150 countries. This role is based in their site in Bratislava and relocation support is provided.
What does the role entail?
• Overall support for AP department
• General communication with internal customers regarding invoice status, payment status, bank confirmations or any important detail related to Accounts Payable by email or phone.
• Cooperation with AP teams or other departments to find solution for outstanding issues
• Preparing Ad Hoc analysis of vendor account to identify root cause of an issue
• Responsible for timely resolution of vendor’s queries
