As a Country Sales Manager , you will be responsible for Slovak market with a focus on delivering volume, sales, margin and cash collection targets as well as developing business strategy. You will lead and motive the team of KAMs and Sales representatives and together you increase the business on Slovak Market. Are you ready?
The main goals of the position:
* leading, motivating and of the sales team (KAMs, Sales Repres)
* responsible for P&L and other sales measures and targets
* implementation of global sales strategy, defining a local business strategy
* negotiation with customers within modern/traditional trade
