Do you have experience in people management? Do you speak French and English? Do you have background in Finance/Accountancy/Economics? Are you looking for a new challenge and a bit more freedom in how you will manage the team and processes?

We are looking for a proactive, practical and enthusiastic team leader to lead a team of 10 accounts payable specialists. Our client is an American company with a shared service centre in Brno.

This role will suit a manager who is seeking an opportunity to show his/her skills to the fullest and who likes to have the freedom to set up their own processes. The team speaks Czech/Slovak, English and French.

Responsibilities
• Report to Accounts Payable Supervisors and Manager, be the escalation point for external customers, deal with team issues
• Motivation, engagement and development of team members
• Assure Accounts payable operations, closing operations and outbound interfaces (e.g. T&E, General Ledger etc.), Accurate coordination of master data maintenance on Oracle / SAP system
• Performs and leads business process improvement projects, standardize procedures, prepare Management reports
• Monitoring & controlling daily processing operations in accordance with Key performance indicators and audit compliance
• Be an active part of the hiring process

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for:
• Experience in finance/accounting or background or degree in Economics or a similar field
• Experience in a team leading role (if from a multinational company, it is a plus)
• French and English at B2 level at least (Czech/Slovak is an advantage)
