Financial Controller

Our client is an entrepreneurial family holding company, with global operations focusing on the following business areas: Real Estate, Hospitality, Energy and Financial Markets. They are currently looking for Financial Controller to their Prague office.

Job responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies, internal financial controls
- Preparing timely and accurate managerial reports for the company and its clients
- Assisting in preparation, execution and control of budgets
- Cooperating with the company's partners providing accounting, payroll and tax
services
- Assisting in the transfer pricing methodology application
- Managing invoices for the company and its clients
- Supervising petty cash management

Requirements to the candidates:

- working experience of 3+ years as a Financial controller or an Accountant
- Language skills: English language (Advanced) Russian is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of accounting and basic knowledge of tax regulation
- Experience with reporting, planning and communication with budget owners
- Good cash flow management skills
