• Being the first contact to all visitors and clients
• Coordination of various meetings and events, maintaining conference rooms
• Receiving and sorting daily mail and couriers
• Manage all communication including telephone calls and correspondence
• Support with various administrative tasks – timesheets, expenses, letters

• Previous experience in the same position at least as a part-time role
• Fluent level in Czech/Slovak and upper-intermediate level of English
