Team Leader of International Team

Do you have experience of leading a team, at least 1 year, ideally in a contact centre? Do you feel like you need a new challenge? Would you like to be part of a successful, fast growing company? If you also have excellent English, then we are looking for you! :)

You will manage an international customer service team of experienced agents. The team communicates with customers in English and deals with the most complex cases and scenarios. Your role will be to coach, support and develop your team members while keeping them motivated to think out of the box and exceed in their roles.

The team works 12 hour shifts, including nights, in the following pattern:
3 days ON (day) - 3 days OFF - 3 days ON (day) - 3 days OFF - 3 days ON (night) - 3 days OFF - 3 days ON (night) - 3 days OFF

While this pattern is not very standard - it has certain advantages. For example, if you take three days off, you have nine days of holidays in a row. And the night shifts? That's the best time! It is much calmer and more peaceful than during the day and you and your team become the kings of the empty office!
