Responsibilities

  • Manage client recruitment programs/projects on daily basis
  • Continuous focus on optimisation of processes, customer satisfaction growth
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure good information flow
  • Ensure quality of placements made
  • Manage the whole requisition process from set up to invoicing
  • Be able to prioritize tasks in order to offer timely response and efficient solution
  • Establishes and develops strong working relationships, expands existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Resolve issues regarding payroll management
  • Be proactive in gathering feedback from clients and suppliers for regular reporting
  • Perform other ad hoc reporting and project duties as required
  • Build strong relationships with other teams and co-workers to ensure good levels of communication and cooperation

Qualifications

  • Communicative English skills
  • Professional fluency (written and spoken) level of French/German/Polish
  • Experience with recruitment services is preferred but not necessary
  • Customer service experience is advantage
  • Ability to come up with problem solutions and execute them
  • Stress resistance
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint is welcomed
  • Also open to fresh graduates!
