Job description, responsibilities and duties
REED is looking for a candidate who is looking for high levels of responsibility, would like to get to know recruitment, wants to learn and progress in his career and is a team player. Great opportunity to enter the HR field!
Responsibilities
- Manage client recruitment programs/projects on daily basis
- Continuous focus on optimisation of processes, customer satisfaction growth
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure good information flow
- Ensure quality of placements made
- Manage the whole requisition process from set up to invoicing
- Be able to prioritize tasks in order to offer timely response and efficient solution
- Establishes and develops strong working relationships, expands existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues regarding payroll management
- Be proactive in gathering feedback from clients and suppliers for regular reporting
- Perform other ad hoc reporting and project duties as required
- Build strong relationships with other teams and co-workers to ensure good levels of communication and cooperation
Qualifications
- Communicative English skills
- Professional fluency (written and spoken) level of French/German/Polish
- Experience with recruitment services is preferred but not necessary
- Customer service experience is advantage
- Ability to come up with problem solutions and execute them
- Stress resistance
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint is welcomed
- Also open to fresh graduates!
