Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have experience of leading a team or filling in for a Team Leader? I have an exciting opportunity to lead a multicultural customer service team of 15 members. Our client is an American company with a shared service centre in Brno, Czech Republic

Your responsibilities will be
• Supervise Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and their daily tasks.
• Provide a single point of contact and escalation for problems, confer with other specialists, departments or management as necessary to resolve issues.
• Develop team performance by coaching, encouraging, monitoring and identifying areas for improvement within the team and ensure all SLA’s are met.
• Identify areas for improvement with individuals, systems or processes, work to improve these areas and/or highlight issues to management.
• Maintain daily operation (work distribution, shift planning, etc.) to ensure targets and SLAs are met.
• Take an active part in interviewing and hiring of new CSRs.
• Represent the department on process and strategy planning calls and meetings and customer or partner visits.
• Lead and participate on projects.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00- 17.30

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Advanced English language skills (speaking, listening and writing skills)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Work with minimal supervision using own initiative
Work in a multi-task and multinational environment and quickly adapt to changes
High level of organizational skills
