Do you prefer administrative tasks but you would not mind communicating in English and Italian on a regular basis too? Would you like to learn more about HR processes? This role is in an expanding Italian team that is responsible for Back office tasks in our client’s SSC (Shared Service Centre) in Brno.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Processing new hires, leavers, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events
• Processing pay changes, including promotions and ad other salary modifications
• Creating and updating process related documentation
• Conducting data quality reviews, monitoring and correcting processing errors
• Performing mass data uploads
• Maintaining employee files and records to meet given requirements
• Assisting team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration
