Job description, responsibilities and duties

REED is currently working on a new project and is looking for a suitable customer support candidates with knowledge of Hungarian, English and Czech for an international FMCG company based in Prague. If you are interested in working in a stable company with the possibility of career growth, do not hesitate to send us your CV.

· Receiving orders, order processing and order confirmations
· Answering queries from customers and sales teams
· Checking product availability
· Managing various logistics activities related to order processing
· Creating debit and credit notes
· Building a good relationship with a client

· Customer service experience is a must
· SAP knowledge is an advantage
· Proactive approach, friendly, pleasant and communicative personality
· Good communication skills and customer orientation
· Good knowledge of Hungarian, English and Czech
