Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you like to deal with IT support and you would like to move to another level, if you say YES, definitely read on.
You have unique opportunity to become a part of our team, where we don´t just pick up phones. You will solve complex problems with network - connections and communications. From low-end VPN solutions to high-end MPLS solutions. So you will identify the ticket and also you will solve them. You will support Cisco platform, Juniper and another network.
What do you need for the position?
• It is definitely useful if you have at least a basic experience with Cisco, network support,
• Your customer support/ helpdesk experience we take as your big advantage,
• English won´t catch you and you speak fluently,
What can we offer you in return?
• CCNA certificate if you don´t have it yet,
• 10% surcharge from month salary for night shifts,
• Teambuilding, that helps us get to know each other better,
• We will support you in technical development related to the role,
• 1 extra week of holiday (5 weeks in total),
