Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have experience leading a team or assisting a Team Leader? Do you have a Finance background, preferably from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable team or similar? In this role you will be part of Invoice Control Team as a Team Leader of 15 people.

As a Team Leader you will
• Manage and develop your team
• Effectively lead the team to maximize individual & departmental performance in order to achieve KPIs
• Train and mentor team members
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality and issues of the team
• Report recurring issues & potential process improvements
• Deal with escalations and communicate escalated issues as required
• Actively participate on improvements of processes within the team

Location: Brno, Czech Republic
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00 – 17.30, British holidays
Starting date: Immediately/negotiable
Recruitment process: 2 Skype/In-house interviews

• Experience in leading a team (as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader in the absence of the TL)
• Min. 2 years of experience within shared service operations advantage
• Finance or economic background
• Fluent English
• Confident and assertive with an ability to influence others
• Able to work under own initiative
• Analytical skills
• MS Office knowledge
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast changing environment
